Tips [ ] Since she is the person in charge of the Shelters, many of Fudo's skills focus on speeding up training and increasing attack and defense. Due to this, increasing her level will help with battling and a more militaristic focused school.
Her only active skill, Collection Call, automatically creates 1,000 soldiers at once, for no price. So, even if one's school is not focused on building an army for battling, it is recommended that Fudo at least reach level 17 to unlock this as soon as she is unlocked.
